FAQ: Learn more about 8123 Fest

8123 Fest will have staff on site to assist with accessibility needs. There is an ADA viewing deck located next to front of house, with a ramp. If you need to use this deck, please check in at information for an ADA wristband which will grant you access. Anyone requiring extra time or assistance to enter the park are encouraged to let a staff member know upon arrival to avoid the main line. The park itself is on a grassy area.

The festival is all general admission and doors are at 12pm. There is a separate ADA entry line for attendees who need assistance or have accessibility needs. Festival staff will be available to help on site.

The temperature in Phoenix varies in January - it is often sunny and warmer during the day - but the desert does get cooler at night. We recommend dressing in layers to be comfortable at the festival for the full day.

Yes! This show will be first come, first served and general admission.

For the festival itself, a clear bag of any size is permitted. Fanny packs that are not clear will also be permitted into the festival. Arizona Federal Theatre's bag policy is clear bags up to 12x12x6 or a small clutch bag up to 4.5x6.5 are permitted. Please check venue websites for any other event.

All bundles include access to the pre-show, 8123 Fest, and official festival afterparty! Bundles also included “first access” to purchase additional special events. As well as access to all free events including the meet and greet (TBD).

If you order a bundle but cannot attend all events… you will still be able to pick up your bundle any day at the box office!

The festival bundles can be picked up any day between January 20th - 22nd. You can pickup the official merch bundles at The 8123 Popup Shop! If you just purchased a ticket, 2 day, or 3 day pass, you can pick these up at any of the venues!
